Berhampuri Swad – Return & Refund Policy

At Berhampuri Swad, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our products so you receive them fresh and in perfect condition.
Since our products are food items, we follow a strict hygiene and quality process.

However, if something goes wrong, we are here to help.


1. No Return Policy (Food & Perishables)

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened, used, or delivered in good condition.
This ensures hygiene and safety for all customers.


2. Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a free replacement ONLY if:

You received a damaged product

(Leakage, broken bottle, crushed packaging, etc.)

You received the wrong product

(Wrong item, wrong flavour, wrong quantity)

You received an expired product

(This is extremely unlikely, but covered.)


3. What We Need

To process a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos / videos of the product and packaging

  • Short description of the issue

4. No Refund / Cancellation Once Shipped

Once your order is packed and shipped, refund & cancellation cannot be processed unless the issue matches our replacement conditions.


5. Delivery Issues (Lost / Not Delivered)

If your order is not delivered due to courier issues, we will:

  • Re-ship the order or

  • Provide store credit of the same value

You will not lose your money.


6. Quality Assurance

All our pickles, papad, and snack items are:

  • Freshly prepared

  • Properly sealed

  • Quality checked before dispatch

If you ever face a problem, we will solve it—your trust matters to us.
